Dennis St is finally finished. Old tenants moved out. New tenants are ready to move in. Front is empty and had the final inspection. Grubby and needs a clean. Grass recovered well and the 'rain in spain' has also helped....

Vertical blinds have been installed. Drainage is to be completed by Paul and his tradies. Key to be organised.

In the beginning....

Power meters were finally installed this morning.



Concrete to be completed next week. Setting up all the table and chairs. Two steps have been incorporated in the design as the right side of block has 1 metre drop to South East corner.

Tanks and stuff are set up ready for install.
